Feds search the home of DOJ Trump Stooge Jeffrey Clark
Of ABC News:
Federal agents searched the Virginia home of former Trump Justice Department official Jeffrey Clark on Wednesday morning, according to multiple sources with direct knowledge of the activity.
It was unclear which federal agencies carried out the search, but a neighbor who witnessed the law enforcement activity said he saw FBI agents entering and exiting the Lorton, Va., home after arriving there early on Wednesday.
A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, DC, said they “can confirm there was law enforcement activity in this area yesterday,” but declined to comment on specific individuals or the nature of this activity.
In case you forget who Jeffrey Clark is, here is a brief introduction to The hill:
Jeffrey Clark was a mid-level Justice Department lawyer specializing in environmental law when he became a central part of former President Trump’s plans to oust DOJ leadership that would not hand over investigations without based on electoral fraud.
Clark was introduced to Trump by Rep. Scott Perry (R-Pa.) and quickly became a leading advocate for the Justice Department to send a letter to Georgia asking the state to suspend its certification of the 2020 election results pending a DOJ investigation into non-existent fraud.
“Jeff Clark was certainly advocating for a change in leadership that would put him at the top of the department, and everyone in the room was advocating against that and talking about what a disaster that would be,” then acting deputy attorney general. Richard Donoghue said, according to parts of his deposition and others that were released by the committee in a March court filing.
Ken Dilanian is on MSNBC right now, saying this research is a huge development. And now Joyce Vance, saying how curious it is that this Clark guy has an “inside baseball” plan to overturn the 2020 election.
May justice come swiftly to take down Clark and his master, TFG.
