ClickUp acquires search platform Slapdash

Click upthe collaboration and productivity platform, today announced the acquisition of the search and command bar platform, slapdash. This is the company’s first acquisition, and with it ClickUp users have the ability to connect to over 40 different apps such as Slack, Salesforce and Google Drive.

This acquisition allows customers to search and act across multiple different platforms from one central location, simplifying the process of accessing a company’s collective knowledge.

According to ClickUp, this integration combats the complexity associated with the proliferation of specialized applications. The combination of these organizations makes information more accessible and therefore saves employees time and provides a more positive work experience.
